Foot-skills - Learn how to master the ball with both feet. Focusing on different techniques, this session will push you through to the next level whether you are looking for basic skills or learning how to master different moves.


Goalkeeping - Focussing on low diving saves, high diving saves, 1 on 1 situations and basic technique taking you to the next step as a goalkeeper.


Technical - Learn the game at the next level. Master different techniques of receiving the ball, passing the ball and striking the ball. This session will also teach the tactical side of the game such as how to keep possession and positioning. 


P.A.C.E program is an intense training program for players that are willing to put the work in. Focusing on 4 important areas, Power, Agility, Conditioning and Endurance.
