Futsal Training Program Overview

Our Futsal Program Futsal helps build confidence. When players repeatedly receive the ball and pass under pressure, their decision-making in 1v1 situations improves and so do their ball skills. Every action is faster in Futsal. So, the speed of decision making is increased when playing Futsal and this helps train youth soccer players to think better when on the field. The majority of possessions in Futsal are quick 1 or 2 touch combinations with teammates.

Goalkeeping Training Program Overview

The Goalkeeper Training program aims to introduce and refresh Goalkeeper Techniques and Tactics. As a base for moving forward, emphasis will be on the fundamental skills of footwork and handling, as these are the building blocks of all Goalkeeper technique.

Training topics to be covered will include but not be limited to; Goalkeeper footwork & agility, Goalkeeper strength & coordination, Handling & shot-stopping, situation-specific training, and the Goalkeepers roles in the team.

Competitive Tournaments

All players are placed onto a team that would challenge them through each tournament. All Tournaments are played at the Hudson Valley Sports Dome in Milton, NY.  We plan to attend at least 2 tournaments each month from January to March.  Tournament dates will be announced closer to December. 


Professional Training

Our professional coaches will be be utilizing Futsal soccer balls in their training sessions this winter. Training with a Futsal ball improves players decision making skills. provides players with more touches on the ball. The heavier ball also increases the power of players.

Your team will have the opportunity to train up to 3 times per week for 1  hour on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (see time slots below) Players are required to attend at least one session per week. All sessions will take place at 3000 Navajo St, Yorktown Heights, NY.  Players can choose just to train if preferred. More details below.

Our very own Strength & Conditioning coach Will Hough has extensive experience enables him to determine where you should start with your fitness regime, and to make smart adjustments as you make progress, so that you stay on track to achieve your goals. He pays attention to your total fitness picture when tailoring your training regime. He takes into account your health issues or past injuries (if any), your current fitness level, your typical challenges with physical fitness, and other concerns you may have.
